Our Objectives.

• To advocate for quality health and education for all.
• To act as an umbrella, encourage and strengthen close collaboration and networking among grassroots communities and associations to promote good governance and poverty eradication campaigns in the district.
• Carry out research, advocacy, data collection and information dissemination about strategies and programs in the district in relation to descentralisation policy, human rights and good governance.
• Carry out legal, environmental, financial and other forms of consultancies on behalf of government, local governments and non-governmental organisations including environmental impact assessments, planning, monitoring and audits.
• Establish and operate research and documentation centre, making it capable of acting as a central point for information acquisition, collection, repackaging, publishing, storage and dissemination.
• To start and operate a fully-fledged district central library and book bank for purposes of availing reading materials to schools and individuals in the area.
• To encourage optimum sharing of information and resources for both human and materials among development oriented non-governmental organisations in the district.
