NDN's Policy and strategy is to improve Education standards in Primary, Secondary and tertiary Institutions in the District through advocacy and lobbing by:-

• Organising youth e.g. through workshops, seminars, conventions towards development.
• Sensitising the Youth about STDs and the AIDS pandemic.
• Provision of career Guidance and Counseling
• Educational Institutions capacity building in Financial Management and Basic Accounting for school management and Boards.
• Providing adequate sources of information like a Library / Documentation / Resource centre as well as a Historical Achieve and Cultural Preservation
• Mobilise Schools to acquire Effective Facilities like Photocopiers and computers to help them set monthly tests.
• Providing modern information, communication technologies (ICTs) especially in coordination of fighting HIV/AIDS as well as computer literacy classes.
• Establishing community radio programmes for education and modernisation
